Four is an awkward age to shop for. Most kids' sites assume a child who can read a short instruction and follow a tutorial, and a four-year-old reliably can do neither. So the bar here is narrow: the rule has to show itself in the first few taps, and a wrong move has to be undoable rather than punished. Most of these need no reading at all. One or two lean on you reading a short prompt aloud the first time through, after which the pattern sticks.
