Colour the Syria Flag
A free flag colouring activity for kids ages 3–8. Tap a colour from the swatch row, then tap a stripe or section of the Syria flag to fill it in — the whole region fills instantly, so younger children don’t need to stay inside the lines.
It is a matching task as much as a creative one: the picture wants particular colours in particular places, and finding them means looking properly at a flag your child may have only glanced at before. Ours usually ends with somebody asking where the country is, which is the bit of screen time I do not mind at all.
What colours are on the Syria flag?
The Syria flag uses red (#CE1126), white (#FFFFFF), black (#000000) and green (#007A3D).
Those values come from this site's flag data, the same list the Syria flag page shows as swatches. The drawing your child fills in is separate OpenMoji artwork and does not use them, so treat the two as a flag and a picture of a flag rather than one thing.

Common questions
- Are the colours in the picture the same as the real Syria flag?
- No. The picture is OpenMoji artwork, and none of the 241 flag drawings match their flag's colour values exactly. On about half of them the difference is a whole colour rather than a shade — sometimes one the flag has is missing from the drawing, sometimes the drawing needs one the flag does not have before it counts as finished. Read the list above as the flag, and the picture as somebody's drawing of it.
- Does the colouring save if we close the tab?
- No. Nothing is stored, so each visit starts on a blank flag. Undo steps back while the page is open, and "Start over" in the menu clears it.
- Is this Syria flag colouring page free, and do I need to print anything?
- It is free and nothing gets printed. The flag is coloured on screen in the browser, with no account and no ads, which also means no paper and no ink.
- What age is flag colouring good for?
- Roughly ages 3 to 8. Tapping fills a whole region at once, so a three-year-old who cannot stay inside lines still gets a clean result, while an older child can work from memory.
- What happens if my child picks the wrong colour?
- Nothing is marked wrong. The region fills with whatever colour was chosen, and a correct one adds a small sparkle. The swatch row carries the picture's colours plus one or two extras, so finishing it takes a little looking.
